At these rates, a website means a static site — pages, copy, images, and your contact details. It presents information; it doesn't store or process it.
Anything that handles data on an ongoing basis is a full stack system, not part of a standard site. That includes booking or scheduling, payments and checkout, user accounts and logins, databases, file or media storage, and collecting or managing submitted records. These are quoted separately.
